HELAINE

President

What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

“As a female leader, this day celebrates women’s achievements and reminds us that gender equality is still a work in progress. I also use this day to reflect on my leadership experiences and mentor and inspire other women.”

AMANDA

Client care manager

What does it mean to be a woman in today’s world?

“Being a woman in today’s world means everything to me. It means that I can have my career and raise my children simultaneously and that I am allowed to be nurturing, caring, supportive, emotional, and strong. It means I can show my daughter that she can accomplish anything without a barrier. Having a solid sense of identity and accepting your body as one that changes over time, not any one of us, is perfect; we are individual in our ways, which makes us as women amazing.”

Shu Ping

Senior production coordinator

What do you love the most about being a woman?

“Caring is what I love most about being a woman. Women always try their best and do the right thing at the right time. They can handle the responsibilities of their family and career.”

OLIVIA

What’s it like to work for a brand whose policy is, by women for women?

“Being surrounded by so many strong women is not only empowering but also highly motivating. Being in a female workspace brings a sense of safety, allowing us to be our most authentic selves and motivating each other.”

CHERYL

Sales director

If you had to give young girls one piece of advice, what would it be?

“Find the right balance between work life and family life. You will stand out from the crowd if you go the extra mile. Strive to learn new things. Do what you love and love what you do. Follow your dreams and live your life to the fullest. ”
