Returns Policy

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. FDJ Collection will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered of the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Please also note there are no returns or exchanges on final online sale merchandise.

  • Step 3: Pack your item(s) in their original condition and include the printed return invoice
  • Step 4: Attach the shipping label to the package and send it over to us! 

REMEMBER: To avoid complications, make sure no other tracking labels are visible.

Though French Dressing Jeans inc., will accept most unused, unwashed, and defective returns, anything purchased on sale, clearance, from third-party retailers or marketplaces will not be accepted.

FDJ is happy to offer a refund on all accepted returns accompanied by the original receipt and received within 30 days of the purchase. We will reimburse the amount paid through the original method of payment.

Though it may be processed sooner, it’s best to allow up to two weeks for the return to be finalized. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Orders under $125 (before taxes) will be subject to a flat return fee of $15.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note we always carefully inspect the product you returned before fully processing a refund.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. When processing your exchange, we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange. If you have used PayPal, we will directly refund your account.
