Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.

It’s free shipping on orders of $125 or more shipped to a domestic address in Canada and in the USA.

If your order was placed Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 12:00pm (EST), the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. We ship all across Canada and United States with UPS for all orders.

Depending on your location, shipping delays are normally between 2 and 5 days.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

Once an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s). We will also send you an email containing all the required information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.
