The FDJ Style Society is FDJ’s loyalty rewards program where customers earn points on purchases and select engagement actions that can later be redeemed for rewards and exclusive perks.
Yes. Enrolment is completely free through the FDJ website.
The program is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years or older. Wholesale, reseller, and commercial accounts are excluded.
No. Customers are limited to one account per person. Duplicate accounts may result in suspension from the program.
Earning Points
Customers earn:
- 1 point for every $1 CAD/USD spent on eligible merchandise
- Bonus points through promotional actions like:
- Creating an account
- First purchase
- Second purchase
- Birthday profile completion
- Email signup
- SMS signup
- Social engagement
- Referrals
No. Points roll over year to year and do not expire unless otherwise stated by FDJ.
Points begin accumulating on January 1 each calendar year.
Yes, unless otherwise specified, customers can earn points on eligible merchandise purchases including sale items. However, rewards cannot be redeemed on sale merchandise.
Customers do not earn points on:
- Taxes
- Shipping fees
- Duties
- Gift cards
- Returned items
- Cancelled orders
- Previous purchases
- Wholesale orders
No. Points cannot be applied to previous purchases made before joining or before logging into their account.
Redeeming Rewards
Customers can redeem points at checkout once they meet the required point balance and minimum purchase threshold.
Reward - Points Required - Minimum Purchase:
$5 Off - 250 pts - $50+
$10 Off - 500 pts - $75+
$15 Off - 750 pts - $100+
$25 Off - 1250 pts - $150+
No. Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.
No. Rewards are valid on regular-price merchandise only and cannot be applied to sale items.
No. Rewards cannot be added after checkout has been completed.
No. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No. Rewards cannot be applied toward gift card purchases.
Tier Status & Perks
Tier status is based on the customer’s remaining point balance at the end of the calendar year after redemptions and adjustments.
Tier status is reviewed annually on December 31 and determines the customer’s status for the following year.
Yes. Customers who redeem more points may move to a different tier if their remaining balance falls below a tier threshold.
Special perks such as free shipping, exclusive coupons, early access, or surprise gifts may typically be used once per quarter unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Adjustments
Points earned from returned merchandise are deducted from the customer’s account.
FDJ may adjust or cancel the reward value associated with the returned order.
Referral Questions
Customers can refer friends to join the program. Referral rewards are only granted once the referred customer completes a qualifying first purchase.
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity are not permitted and will void eligibility.
Account & Technical Questions
Possible reasons include:
- Returned merchandise
- Cancelled orders
- Order not yet processed
- Ineligible products
- Duplicate/fraud review
- Customer checked out as guest instead of logged in
Client Care should verify order status before escalating.
Suggested process:
- Confirm you are logged into their account
- Confirm the merchandise you bought is eligible
- Check if your order included returns/cancellations
- Escalate to support@fdj.ca if needed
Yes. FDJ reserves the right to modify point values, tiers, perks, expiration rules, or terminate the program at any time without notice.
